When you have documents that are relevant to client accounts—contracts, receipts, tax forms, etc—ZipBooks makes it easy to manage them. You can securely send files straight to your client’s Documents section for easy access.
How to send a file to a client’s account:
From ZipBooks Accountant, click Clients.
Find the client you’re looking for and click the three dots to the right of their name.
Click Send file.
A window will open with your local computer files. Select the file(s) you want to send and click “Open”.
Your files will automatically be sent securely to your Client’s Documents section.
