Sometimes you’ll create invoices, estimates or recurring profiles that you’ll want to remove from your account because of mistakes, inactivity, or other reasons. ZipBooks makes it simple to remove things in bulk to save you time.

Here’s how to delete multiple invoices:

  1. Log in to ZipBooks and select Invoices (or Estimates).

  2. Filter your results to more easily find the invoices you’re looking for (Ex: if you want to delete all the invoices from a single customer). 

  3. Check the box above your transactions list to select all or check individual boxes on the invoice lines that apply.

  4. Click the red Delete button to erase all invoices (or hit Archive to hide them from your active invoice list).

And you’re done! If you want to deselect items, simply click the box again, and the check mark will disappear.
