WePay is a global payment processor that syncs automatically with your ZipBooks invoices and bookkeeping records. 

In order to connect your WePay account, follow these steps:    

  1. From ZipBooks, select More from the Top Menu Bar
  2. Under Account, select Payments
  3. Under WePay, select Connect Now
  4. You’ll be redirected to WePay’s website. Enter your login information and click Grant Access to connect your ZipBooks account.   

That’s it! Now customers will be able to fill invoices using WePay and your transactions will sync automatically with your books. 

If you want to make any changes to your WePay settings, you can edit them through your WePay account. Don’t worry about making any changes within ZipBooks; we’ll stay up-to-date with you automatically!

Note: To connect to WePay, you’ll need to be using one of our paid plans. If you’re using our free starter plan, you can accept payments via Square or upgrade your subscription.
