Did you know that customers are 15% more likely to repurchase from businesses that include a logo on their invoice? A unique company logo is a good way to customize your invoices, and get the professional look that you want for your business.

Here’s how to add your logo to your ZipBooks account:

  1. Log in to ZipBooks and select More from the top menu.
  2. Under Account, click on Company.
  3. Drag and drop your Logo into the top box to upload it. 

There you go! Your logo will automatically appear on your invoices and estimates.

Make sure your logo is:

  • a .jpg or .png file type
  • smaller than 500kb
  • less than 1500px width and height

 

Here’s how to change the size of your logo on invoices:

  1. Log in to ZipBooks and select More from the top menu.
  2. Under Account, click on Preferences
  3. Select Invoice and Estimate Preferences from the top menu bar.
  4. In the Logo height field, enter the height (in pixels) you’d like your logo to appear at (the width will be adjusted automatically).
  5. Scroll down to the bottom and click Save.

Done! Your logo will now appear at the size you specified on all of your invoices and estimates.
