If you choose to integrate a Gusto Payroll account with your ZipBooks account, this is how you will do it.
Step 1 - Create all team members in ZipBooks and in your Gusto account.
Step 2 - On the Integrations page, choose Gusto with the Connect Now button, then log in to your Gusto account
Step 3 - Map your employees
Step 4 - You might see if this if all your team members in ZipBooks are not registered yet in Gusto
Step 5 - Confirm permissions
Step 6 - Confirm employee payment rates in their ZipBooks profiles
Step 7 - Sync All
